Self catering holiday flat

Lower Tregraille is a lovely spacious ground floor flat, with a garden and barbeque area. It is suitable for couples, families or friends,and has a large en-suite bedroom, sleeping three. (one double and one single bed, with the possibility of sleeping more if required in the very large lounge).

Lower Tregraille is located down a quiet leafy lane, within the small Cornish village of Roche, just one mile off the main A30 Arterial Road. It is ideal for those wanting a country based holiday, yet with easy access to the coasts and all parts of Cornwall. The nearest beach is just 5 miles away and we are also situated very near the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

The village has shops, two pub/restaurants serving food daily and a launderette. There are many interesting walks in the area and a visit to Roche Rock is a must for most visitors. We also have a duck pond, which is located very near lower Tregraille and is frequently of great interest to the children and adults alike!
